What We Offer
Our sessions focus on teaching players the basic technical actions correctly (passing, receiving, dribbling, striking) in both general and position specific activities. We use some of the most advanced technology in the country which allows us to maximise repetition, which accelerates players development giving them far more touches of the ball then they will find elsewhere.

First Phase provide group sessions every Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday with a focus on developing a solid technical foundation for the player. Players are provided the opportunity to experience the latest technology and methods in youth development from across the world.
Group Sessions With W-League Players
9am – 10am
Train with players from the W League as they share their experiences and expertise. Learn what it takes to reach the top!

Speed & Agility
1pm – 2pm
Run faster, jump higher and move more efficiently with our speed and agility sessions. These sessions focus on improving the way players move, change directions and land. Better athletes become better players.

First Phase provide the option for teams/groups to have a session run by one of our highly qualified coaches. Every session provided echoes our philosophy of improving the technical ability of players by maximising touches and we aim to take every players game to the next level by using our unique technology
2pm – 3pm
Looking for a game in a fun, social environment? Every Thursday and Sunday we will be running a social game with a maximum 16 players per game. Players must be over 16 years old. $10 per player.
