Free Introductory Strength Session
Learn to get strong using all the main compound exercises for physical development.
Strength training will allow you to be quicker off the mark, jump higher, be more physically present against opposing players, manage fatigue more effectively to be better as the game goes on and to be able to work a lot harder in each game situation.
In each session you will cover:
Full Warm up/Activation
Learn the big 6 movements
2-3 Accessory lifts to compliment each main lift
Suitable for players 13+ and designed to compliment your other training.
Starts Monday 6th May at 5pm.
